9. The f~R1 i~voice for construction will not be paid by the STATE <br /> until the project has beem ~peeted and approved by the Chief ~tneer of the <br /> Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br /> 10. Upon ps6n~ent of the final invoice by the STATE for WOrk performed <br /> on this project, the STATE will re~,~ to the OITY aT ,~t all ,m~xpended project <br /> funds which wore deposited by the CITY into the Special ~,~ of the State <br /> Treasury in excess of the CITY's two-thirds -~,~e of the project cost. <br /> <br /> 11.
