to establish reserves as required by the Bond Legislation, any Series Bond Legislation, the Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture, the reimbursement of all moneys advanced or applied by the Issuer or others or borrowed from others for the payment of~any item or items of costs of Hospital Facilities, and all other expenses necessary or incident to planning or determining feasibility or practicability with respect to Hospital Facilities; and such other expenses as may be necessary or incident to the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, rehabilita- tion, remodeling, renovation, enlargement, improvement, equipment, and furnishings of Hospital Facilities, the financing thereof, and the placing of the same in use and operation, including any one, part of, or combination of such classes of costs and expenses; and also means the costs of refunding Bonds, if the Legislative Authority determines that such refunding advances the purposes of the Hospital Facilities, whether or not such refunding is in conjunction with the acquisition or con- struction of additional Hospital Facilities. "Coupon" or "interest coupon" means a coupon appertaining to a Bond evidencing an installment of interest on such Bond. "Coupon Bond registered as to principal" means any coupon Bond at the time registered as to principal in the name of the holder of such Bond. "Debt Service FUnd'' means the Debt Service Fund established under Section 16 hereof. "Debt Service Reserve Fund" means the Debt Service Reserve Fund established Under Section 16 hereof. "Default" or "Event of Default" means any of the events de- fined as and declared to be Events of Default under the Indenture. "Depreciation Reserve Fund" means the Depreciation Reserve Fund established under SeCtion 16 hereof. "Eligible Investments" means any of the following: (i) any bonds or other obligations of the United States of America which as to principal and interest constitute direct obligations of or are guaran- teed by the United States of America; (ii) bonds, debentures, partici- pation certificates, or notes issued by any of the following: Federal Bank for Cooperatives, Federal Farm Credit Consolidated System, Federal Financing Bank, Federal Land Banks, Federal Home Loan Banks, Federal Intermediate Credit Banks, Federal National Mortgage Association, Export-Import Bank of the United States, Student Loan'Marketing Associ- ation, Farmer's Home Administration, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corpo- ration, or Government National Mortgage Association, or any other agency or corporation which has been or may hereafter be created by or pursuant to an Act of the Congress of the United States as an agency or instru- mentality thereof, the bonds, debentures, participation certificates, or notes of which are unconditionally guaranteed by the United States of America; (iii) any combination of the obligations described in (ii) -4-
