ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />Agreement Number <br /> <br />SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT <br /> <br />3440 <br /> <br />XEROX BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE LICENSE <br /> <br />This Maintenance and Support Attachment exists under the terms and conditions of <br />the Xerox Business Management System Software License Agreement (hereinafter <br />referred to as "License Agreement"). This Ivlaintenance and Support Attachment <br />covers only the System Components licensed by the Customer pursuant to Schedule <br />B of the License Agreement and any Amendments thereto. <br /> <br />2. Eligibility for Maintenance and Support Services under this Attachment is <br /> contingent upon: <br /> <br /> 2.1 The manufacturer's Operating System must be unmodified by the Customer <br />and maintained to the release level specified by Xerox and generated in accordance with <br />specifications outlined in Xerox's documentation. <br /> <br /> 2.2 <br />level. <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />The Xerox System Software must be maintained to Xerox's latest release <br />The Xerox System Software must not be modified by the Customer. <br /> <br /> 2.~ The hardware upon which the system is to be operated must be maintained at <br />the minimum hardware configuration as specified in the applicable documentation. <br /> <br />3. Responsibilities <br /> <br /> 3.1 Xerox shall continue to review the System for improved functionality' and <br />operating efficiency. Xerox shall, based on its own judgment, make such improvements <br />and enhancements to the System from time to time as it deems appropriate. Xerox shall <br />provide to Customer on a timely basis, the program logic and supporting documentation <br />changes necessary to enable Customer to reflect such enhancements and improvements in <br />Customer's System. Customer understands that these changes shall be made to the Xerox <br />System and shall not incorporate any changes that may have been made by Customer to <br />the Xerox System. <br /> <br /> 3.2 Xerox shall provide to Customer, as updates under the terms of this <br />Attachment, any program logic and documentation changes to correct any proven <br />reproducible errors in the System which cause the System to deviate materially from the <br /> <br />attach c rev. 6/83 -vers. 6.1 <br /> <br /> <br />
