SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT <br />ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />specifications for such system as set forth in reference manuals. It Customer notifies <br />Xerox of a suspected error in the program logic and/or documentation, Xerox shall use its <br />best efforts-to confirm the existence of such reproducible error by exercising a standard <br />test program and to correct such error. It, in analyzing a suspected error in the system at <br />Customer's request, it is determined that no error exists in the program logic and/or <br />documentation and/or it the problem is due to Customer's modification of Xerox System, <br />and/or due to machine malfunction, Customer agrees to pay Xerox for its efforts at <br />Xerox's time and material rates then in effect. All notices ut errors or malfunctions shall <br />be in writing and provide details sufficient to diagnose or reproduce such errors. <br /> <br /> 3.3 Any changes to program logic made under the terms of this Attachment shall <br />be provided to Customer on any media specified by Xerox in its standard documentation. <br />Customer shall pay the cost of any media (including shipping charges) provided by Xerox <br />in addition to any other charges outlined in this Attachment. <br /> <br /> 3.t~ Remote Assist Facility (RAF) - Xerox shall provide Customer with the <br />ability to consult by telephone wi'th the Xerox Remote Assist Facility to assist Customer <br />in the use of the system software during normal business hours. No on-site services are <br />included under this Maintenance and Support Attachment. Any on-site services requested <br />by Customer will be billed at Xerox standard charges plus travel and living expenses. <br />Business application questions will not be answered by the RAF Facility. (See Attachment <br />D. Quality Customer Service.) <br /> <br />Charges <br /> <br />Upon execution of the Agreement and each year thereafter, Customer shall pay Xerox a <br />Maintenance and Support Charge as specified in Attachment B (Schedule of Services and <br />Charges) for the System Components licensed. Charges may be prorated :[or a partial <br />initial year. 'Charges are subject to adjustment it Customer purchases a license :[or <br />additional software not included in the initial agreement. <br /> <br />Terms <br /> <br /> 5.1 Duration. This Attachment shall take effect on <br />and remain in effect until February 1, I984. <br /> <br /> At that time, this Agreement shall automatically renew and continue to renew, for <br />one (1) year periods, unless terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice <br />to the other party prior to renewal. <br /> <br /> 5.2 Billing and Credit Terms. Thirty (30) days prior to the effective date (5. I <br />Duration) ot this Attachment, Customer shall pay Xerox $ which <br /> <br />attach C rev. 1/83 - vets. 6.1 <br /> <br /> <br />
