Payment shall be made by Customer in United States currency. <br />Terms of each invoice are "net due upon receipt." Invoices remaining unpaid thirty (30 <br />days from invoice date are subject to an interest charge of one and one half percent (1)~%) <br />per month. Xerox reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with Customer when <br />any of the Customer's invoices are thirty (30) days past due. <br /> <br /> 5.4 Ancillary Charges.
