<br />Should Lakewood fail to pay any such.charges as and when due Lakewood <br />will indemnify and hold RITA harmless against any claims or charges made <br />by Xerox against RITA for such charges. <br /> B. RITA agrees to pay to Xerox pursuant to the Xerox <br />Agreement, if RITA should use these services, on behalf of Lakewood, the <br />following charges: <br />Education <br />Business Applications Operator Training $7,800(est.) <br />Business Applications Functional Training 2,600(est.) <br />Business Applications Coordinator Training 2,600(est.) <br />Production Coordinator Course (2 weeks) <br /> (1st 2 attendees - no charge; $2,000/ <br /> attendee/ class thereafter) <br />System Coordinator Course (2 weeks) <br /> (1st 2 attendees - no charge; $2,000/ <br /> attendee/class thereafter) <br />Maintenance and Support Charges (annual) <br />Quality Customer Service (annual) (optional) <br />Should RITA fail to pay any such charges as and when due, RITA <br />will indemnify and hold Lakewood harmless against any claims or charges <br />made by Xerox against Lakewood for such charges. <br />3. RITA will provide the computer hardware system described <br />in Attachment A to the Xerox Agreement or a substitute hardware system <br />
