<br />over RITA's computer hardware provided that no such changes additions <br />or deletions shall be such as to violate the terms of this Section 3 or <br />the specifications set forth in the Xerox Agreement. <br /> 4. RITA will provide. data processing services to Lakewood <br />using the System, for no additional charge (other than the cost of <br />installation, modems, if used and monthly charges for telephone lines <br />between Lakewood and RITA) from the date hereof through December 31, <br />1989, and thereafter at the lowest rates therefor charged by RITA to its <br />other governmental customers for similar data processing services, <br />except as provided in Section 11C(ii) hereof. Lakewood shall receive <br />first priority for on-line processing when its data is provided in <br />machine-readable form to RITA on a timely basis.
