£e~tion 2. That the sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from the <br />City's General Fund for the purposes set forth in the Grant Contract. Upon <br />the request of the Grantee, the City's Director of Finance is authorized <br />to pay from time to time the monies appropriated by this Section to the Grantee, <br />in amounts determined solely in the discretion of the Director of Finance, <br />to permit the Grantee to perform its obligations under the Grant Contract. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
