(6) In the event the Lessor becomes liable for any increase in <br />costs due to the occupancy of the leased premises by the Lessee including <br />insurance costs and taxes of every kind and description, Lessee shall pay to <br />Lessor such increase in costs as same shall become due, it being understood <br />and agreed that it is intention of the parties hereto that any and all <br />additional costs which may be irFcurred by Lessor as a result of the <br />subrental of the within premises shall be the responsibility of Lessee. <br /> <br /> (7) Lessee covenants that the office space in the senior citizen <br />housing facility is to be used to house the Office On Aging of the City of <br />Lakewood, and that the premises at 12414-16 madison Avenue are to be used <br />for parkipg purposes only; that should Lessee cease to use said leased <br />premises specifically for the aforementioned purpose or purposes, then and <br />in that event and in such case, the term hereby granted shall immediately <br />cease, determine, and come to an end and the Lessor, at its option, may <br />resume possession of the property immediately. <br /> <br /> Lessor hereby covenants and agrees that if the Lessee shall <br />perform all of the covenants and agreement herein stipulated to be performed <br />on Lessee's part, the Lessee shall at all times during said term have the <br />peaceable and quiet enjoyment and possession of said premises without any <br />manner of let or hindrance from Lessor or any person or persons lawfully <br />claiming said premises. <br /> IN WITN£SS the ~arties hereto have 'set their hands the day and year <br /> first above written. <br /> <br /> WITNESSES: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />BY: <br /> BRIAN KING, Chairman <br /> <br />CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO <br /> <br />BY: <br /> ANTHONY 'C. $INAGRA, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
