'lhe Buyer agre<:s that, <br />for a period of ten (10) years fran the date of ex<:cution hereof, the Buyer will <br />permit groups specified by the Seller, includirB youth groups, senior citizen <br />groups, ard vet<:rans groups, to use the main drill hall without charge to said <br />groups. Said periods of use shall not exceed fifty (50) in anyone calendar year, <br />with up to twelve (12) of th<: fifty (50) uses beirB for veterans groups, and the <br />balance th<:reof beirB. for senior citizen groups and youth groups. '!he 50 uses <br />shall not include roor<: than eight (8) Saturday ev<:nirB (after 6 p.m.) and eight <br />(8) Friday evenirB (after 6 p.m.) uses, and shall be scheduled by the Buyer to <br />accanmodate the needs and best interests of all parties insofar as J:X>ssible. A <br />list of the dates which the Seller desires to reserve for each calendar year <br />b<:ginnirB January 1, 1985, shall be submitted in writing to the Buyer by the <br />Seller not later than July first of the precedirB calendar year and shall be <br />subject to the availability of the requested dates at the time the list is <br />submitted to the Buyer. For th<: year 1983, the S<:ller's uses shall be prorated <br />accordirBly and shall be based on four uses for each month in which the prenises <br />are in usable cordi tion. For the y<:ar 1984, the list of dates which the Seller <br /> . desires to resetve shall b<: submitted by November 1, 1983. <br /> In oodition to the above-specified uses, the Buyer ageees to the use of <br />the main drill hall by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections foe PeimatY <br />Elections, General Elections, and any Special Elections, foe whatevee charges are <br />customaeily paid by said Boatù foe the use of election prenises. <br /> -4- <br />
