AGREEMENT TO FURNISH FOOD SERVICE <br /> <br /> This agreement is made and entered into by and between The Lakewood <br />City School District and the City of Lakewood Office on Aging. <br /> <br /> Lakewood City School District agrees to supply lunches to Lakewood <br />City Office on Aging at a price effective January 23, 1984 of $1. ~5 per lunch <br />which includes the milk and condiments needed for each lunch. The price of the <br />lunch may be changed periodically by mutual agreement of the Director of the <br />Office on Aging and the Business Manager of the Lakewood City School District. <br /> <br /> Lakewood City School District assumes the responsibility for producing <br />nutritious lunches which meet the federal guidelines for Type "A" lunches; and, <br />delivering these meals to whatever sites are mutually agreed upon between <br />both parties. The Office on Aging will purchase whatever pans are needed for <br />cooking and serving its food and sanitize all pans used to handle food. <br /> <br /> Lakewood City Office on Aging will telephone the total number of meals <br />needed daily by 8:30 a.m. to McKinley Elementary School kitchen. The City of <br />Lakewood will be billed at the end of each calendar month for the .total meals <br />that were delivered in that month. <br /> <br /> This agreement shall be effective as of January 23, 1984.
