ORDINANCE NO. 122-84 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling ORDINANCE to make temporaryj]i~r~riati~f°r current AN EMERGENCY other expenditures of the Ci'ty~'~~~ate of Ohio, expenses and for three months, January 1, 1985 to March 31, 1985, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: General Fund $ 4,000,000 Section 2.
