Section 6. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from the <br />Enterprise Funds: <br /> <br />Hospital Fund <br />Water Fund <br />Waste Water Operating Fund <br />Waste Water Improvement Fund <br />Parking Facilities Fund <br />Congregatre Living Facilities Fund <br /> <br />15,000,000 <br /> 900,000 <br /> 700,000 <br /> 500,000 <br /> <br />1,500 <br /> <br />Section 7. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from the Trust & <br />Agency Funds: <br /> <br />Energy Assistance Trust Fund <br />S.A.V.E. Trust Fund <br /> <br />3,000 <br /> 300 <br /> <br />Section 8. <br /> <br />That further all present encumbrances of all funds <br />of the City of Lakewood shall be reappropriated <br />for expenditure in 1985. <br /> <br />Section 9. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated <br />in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the <br />head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided <br />the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 10. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />l~fesi dent <br /> <br /> <br />
