they may not normally be discharged. At a minimum, a <br />summary of such data indicating each industrial user's <br />compliance with this chapter shall be prepared quarterly <br />and submitted to the City Engineer. In addition to dis- <br />charge reports, the City Engineer may require information <br />in the form of wastewater discharge permit applications, <br />self-monitoring reports and compliance schedules. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />913.10 INDUSTRIAL USER REPORTS. <br /> <br /> The City Engineer may require that any industrial <br />user discharging or proposing to discharge wastewater to <br />the wastewater disposal system file a periodic discharge <br />report. The discharge report may include, but not be <br />limited to, nature of process, rates of flow, mass dis- <br />charge rate, raw material and production quantities, hours <br />of operation, number and classification of employees, com- <br />pliance status with any State of Federal pretreatment <br />standards or other information which relates to the genera- <br />tion of waste, including wastewater constituents and charac- <br />teristics in the wastewater discharge. Such reports may <br />also include the chemical constituents and quantity of <br />liquor or gaseous materials stores on site, even though <br />they may not normally be discharged. At a minimum, a <br />summary of such data indicating each industrial user's <br />compliance with this chapter shall be prepared quarterly <br />and submitted to the City Engineer. In addition to dis- <br />charge reports, the City Engineer may require information <br />in the form of wastewater discharge permit applications, <br />self-monitoring reports and compliance schedules. The <br />City Engineer and any industrial user shall retain all <br />reports and records for a period of not less then three <br />(3) years in accordance with 40 CFR, Section 403.12(n) of <br />the General Pretreatment Regulations for Existing and New <br />Sources. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Chapter 913, Wastewater Disposal, of the Streets and <br />Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be sup- <br />plemented by enacting new Section 913.191 to read as follows: <br /> <br />913.191 ANNUAL PUBLICATION. <br /> <br />A list of the industrial users which were not in compliance <br />with any pretreatment requirement or standard at least <br />once during the twelve (12) previous months, shall be <br />published annually in a local newspaper. The notification <br />shall also summarize any enforcement actions taken against <br />the user(s) during the same twelve (12) months. <br /> <br /> <br />
