EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> The Project consists of the acquisition of the existing building <br />(knovn as the Detroit/Warren Building) and the site thereof located at the <br />southwest corner of Warren Road and Detroit ~enue in the City'of Lakevood <br />and the total renovation of the building including: construction--of a new <br />facade ~r~th energy preserving windows, exterior wall insulation, floor cover- <br />ings, new ceilings and lighting, self-service elevators, a new stair tower, <br />sprinklers in the basement, new lavatory facilities, a new lobby, and other <br />required improvements necessary to meet applicable building code and similar <br />requirements, in order to make the building suitable for continued and ex- <br />panded use as a multi-tenant commercial and office structure for use by te- <br />nants engaged in industry, commerce, research and distribution activities. <br /> <br /> <br />
