Chinnockmoved the adoptlon of the follo~r/ng resolution: <br /> <br />I~SOLUTION TO CERTIFY PROJECT <br /> <br /> W~I~, the Community Improvement Corporation of Lakewood, Ohio (the <br />'CIC') has been destSnated by the City of Lakewood, Ohio (the 'City'), as its <br />agency for the industrial, commercial, distribution and research development <br />in the Clty; and <br /> <br /> b~HEREAS, Chis CIC has heretofore prepared and approved a plan for the <br />industrial, commercial, distribution and research development of the City (the <br />'Plan'); and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, such Plan has heretofore been confirmed by the legislative <br />authority of the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Com- <br />munity Improvement Corporation of Lakewood, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That lC is hereby found and determined Chat the Project <br />for the use of Lakewood-Warren-Detrott Partnership, Ltd. to be financed from <br />the proceeds of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Detroit/Warren Building <br />Project) of the City in principal amount now estimated not to exceed <br />$1,780,000, is a project in accordance with C~apter 165 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code and the Plan, as prepared and approved by this CIC and confirmed by the <br />legislative authority of the Clty, and ts hereby approved as required by Sec- <br />tion 165.03(C), Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Secretary or any~ststant Secretary of this CIC <br />is hereby authorized and dlrected to certify promptly to the legislative au- <br />thority of the Clty a true copy of thls resolution and the detet~ntnatton that <br />such Project is in accordance ~lth the Plan. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That all formal actlons of this Board of Trustees con- <br />cerntng and relating to the adopt/on of this Resolution were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Board of Trustees and that all deliberations of this CIC <br /> <br /> <br />
