In all other cases, it shall be the duty of the occupant of each dwelling unit and of each occupiable structure to ~ovide and furnish such facilities or containers. aim 9. That Sectic~ 1305.28 of the Building CO~e of the Codified Ordinances no~ reading as follows: 1305.28 WATER ~AT/NG FACILIT~ Every dwelling unit shall have supplied water heating facilities which are installed in a proper and approved manner, are maintained in a safe and good working coodition, are properly coD_nected to the hot water lines re- quired by this C~de an~ are capable of heating water to such temperature as to permit an adequate amount of water to be drawn at every kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub or shower at a teml~_rature of not less than one hundred twenty degrees (120) Fahrenheit under normal use. Such supplied water heating facilities shall be ca~able of meeting the requirements of this section when the ~welling or dwelling unit heating facilities are not in operation. shall be and the same is hereby amended to read. as follows: 1305.28 WATER HEATING ~I~C~T~ Every dwelling unit and occupiable structure when required by Lakewood Ordinances, shall have supplied water heating facilities which are installed in a proper and approved manner, are maintained in a safe and good working condition, are p~operly connected to. the hot water lines required by this O0de and are calmable of heating water to such temperature as to ~ermit an adequate amount of water to be dra~n at every kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub or shower at a temperature of mot less than o~e hu?z~red twenty degrees (120) Fahrenheit under normal use. Such supplied water heating faci- lities shall be capable of meeting the requirements of this section when the dwelling, dwelling unit or occupiable structure heating facilities are not in operation.
