Section 13. That Section 1305.34 of the Building Code of the Codified Ordinances now readingas follows: 1305.34 RES~IBILITYFORPESTEXTENKIRATIC~. Every occupant of a dwelling containing a single dwelling unit shall be responsible for the extermination of any insects, vermin, rodents or other pests therein or on the premises and every occupant of a dwelling unit in a dwelling containing more than'one dwelling unit shall be responsible for such extermination whenever his dwelling unit is the only one infested. The Building Cc~a,~issioner is hereby authorized to make or cause to be made inspections to determine the condition of dwellings, dwelling units, structures and premises located within the City in order that he may perform his duty of safeguarding the health and safety of the occupants of dwelling units and of the general public and to determine whether they conform to the provisions of this Code. Such inspections may also be made whenever the Building C~m~issioner has reascr~ble cause to believe that a violation of this Code exists therein or therecn. shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1305.49 INSPECTION.
