That Paragraphs (a), (b), (j), and (k) of Section 1305.521 of the Building Code of the Codified Ordinances r~w reading as follows: 1305.521 REPAIR OR ~EMOLITIC~ OF ~%F~%FE ST~3CI~RES. (a) Nuisance. All dwelling structures and appurtenant structures which are a menace to the ~ublic health, safety or welfare or which are structurally unsafe or unsanitary, or not provided with adequate safe egress, or which constitutes a fire hazard or are othe~ise dangerous to human life, or which in relation to existing use constitutes a ha?~rd to the ~ublic health, safety or welfare by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment are, severally, for the purposes of this section, declared to be unsafe structures ox' public nuisances. Ail such unsafe structures are hereby declared to be illegal and shall be abated by repair and rehabilitation or by demolition in accordance with the procedures of this section. (b) Notice of Nuisance and Order to. Re~air or Demolish.
