<br />,,--- <br /> <br />.¡---\ <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />521.13 OPERATION OF PRIVATE SNOWPLOWS. <br /> <br />(a) No person engaged in the plowing of snow from'" <br />driveways. parking lots or other similar areas, shall de-- <br />posit the snow therefrom in or upon any public street. <br /> <br />(b) No person engaged in the p 1 owi ng of snow from <br />driveways, parking lots or other similar areas, shall depo- <br />sit the snow therefrom onto the property of another without <br />the permission of the owner or occupant of the property. <br /> <br />(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a <br />minor mi~deméanor. <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />thi s Counci 1 concerning and rel ati ng to the passage of thi s ordi nance were <br />adopted in an open meeti ng of thi s Counci 1, and that all such deli berati ons of <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with a'll legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 4.
