<br />1333.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; FEE. <br />\ <br /> <br />The owner, or occupant and/or contractor with written <br />permission from the owner of any lot, premises or parcel of <br />land within the City who desires to construct, assemble, or <br />erect an earth station on said lot, premises or land par- <br />cel, must first obtain a permit to do so. <br /> <br />The Building Commissioner shall issue a permit, provid- <br />ed the app 1 i cant submits a wri tten app 1 i cati on upon forms <br />provi ded and approved by the Bui 1 di ng Commi ssi oner, along <br />with a plot plan of the lot, premises or land parcel <br />attached, showing the exact location and dimensions of the <br />proposed earth stat i on; a descri pt i on of the kind of earth <br />station proposed; the exact location and dimensions of all <br />buildings or structures; construction plans and specifica- <br />tions prepared by a professional engineer with his stamp <br />contained thereon showing the elevations of the proposed <br />earth station upon completion; and a structural engineering <br />analysis. Each application shall specify among other things <br />the name and address of the owner of the real estate; the <br />applicant; the professional engineer who prepared the cons- <br />truction plans and specifications; and the person to be <br />premitted to construct the proposed earth station who shall <br />be a licensed and/or registered contractor in accordance <br />with the Codified Ordinances õf the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />The applicant shall present documentation of the posses- <br />sion of any license or permit required by any federal, <br />state, or local agency pertaining to the ownership, construc- <br />tion, or operation of an earth station. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit with each application, a per- <br />mit fee in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars to cover the <br />costs of reviewing the construction plans and specifica- <br />tions, the processing of the application, and rough-in and <br />final inspections. Said application fee shall be in addi- <br />tion to any and all other permits fees which may be <br />applicable. <br /> <br />The Building Commissioner shall notify, by certified mail, <br />owners of real property adjoining the property upon which the <br />proposed earth station is to be erected ten (10) days prior to <br />issuing a permit. Owners of adjacent properties shall have <br />seven (7) days from receipt of notification to file an appeal <br />with the Board of Building Standards if they have an objection <br />to the earth station being built as proposed in the application. <br /> <br />1333.04 PERSONAL USE. <br /> <br />Such earth stations shall be for the personal use of <br />residents and their guests only. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1333.05 ADVERTISING. <br /> <br />Such earth stations or antennas or dishes shall contain <br />no graphic message or advertising. <br /> <br />1333.06 LOCATION OF EARTH STATION - GROUND MOUNTED. <br /> <br />(a) No earth station shall be constructed in any <br />front or side yard, but shall be constructed to the rear of <br />the residence or main structure. <br /> <br />>1 <br />,: <br />~ <br />I <br />
