<br />(b) All side and rear yard requirements as established <br />by the Zoning District where the earth station is located <br />shall be complied with. <br /> <br />(c) The dish, its foundation, and any required screen- <br />ing or landscaping shall comply with the lot coverage for <br />the district where the dish is to be installed. <br /> <br />(d) No earth station shall be constructed wi thout ap- <br />propriate evergreen or other approved landscaping to conceal <br />said earth station from view, and the plantings shall be com- <br />pleted before final approval by the Building Commissioner. <br /> <br />(e) No earth station shall be linked, physically or <br />electronically to a receiver which is not located on the <br />same lot, premises or parcel of land as is the earth station. <br /> <br />(f) An earth station shall not exceed a grade hei ght <br />of twelve feet; and the maximum diameter of any dish <br />antenna shall not exceed twelve feet. <br /> <br />(g) All structural supports shall be of non-corrosive <br />metal. <br /> <br />(h) If guy lines are to be used, they are to be consi- <br />dered a part of the structure for the purpose of zoning re- <br />quirements and lot coverage. <br /> <br />(i ) Wi ri ng between an earth station and a recei ver <br />shall be placed at least six inches beneath the surface of <br />the ground within rigid conduit and shall comply with all <br />requirements of the National Electrical Code. <br /> <br />(j) Such earth station shall be designed to withstand <br />a wind force of eighty-five (85) miles per hour without the <br />use of supporting guy wires. <br /> <br />(k) Any driving motor shall be limited to 110v <br />maximum power desi gn, be encased in protecti ve guards, and <br />shall be installed in compliance with the National Electri- <br />cal Code. <br /> <br />(1) An earth stati on must be bonded to a. groundi ng <br />rod as specified in the Nationa) Electrical Code. <br /> <br />(m) No' earth stati on shall be constructed upon the <br />roof of any garage, residential dwelling, church, school, <br />apartment building, condominium, hospital, or any other com- <br />mercial building, structure, or accessory building. <br /> <br />1333.98 APPEAL PROCEDURE. <br /> <br />Appeals from decisions of the Building Commissioner <br />shall be made to the Board of Building Standards and <br />Buil di ng Appeals as provi ded by The Amended Charter of the <br />Ci ty of Lakewood. The Board of Bui 1 di ng Standards and <br />Building Appeals shall mail notices by certified mail to <br />owners of real property adjoining the property upon which <br />the proposed earth stati on is to be erected at 1 east ten <br />days before conducting a hearing on said appeal. <br />
