<br />1333.99 PENALTY. <br /> <br />Whoever vi 01 ates any of the prov1 S1 ons of thi s Chapter <br />shall be fined not more than Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dol- <br />lars. A separate violation shall be deemed to have been com- <br />mitted each day during or on which a violation occurs or con- <br />tinues to occur. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />thi s Counci 1 concerni ng and re 1 ati ng to the passage of thi s ordi nance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />thi s Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 3.
