<br />Section 2. That the General Offenses Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakéwood shall be and the same is <br />hereby supplemented by enacting new Section 533.14 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />533.14. POSSESSION OF OBSCENE MATERIAL INVOLVING CHILD. <br /> <br />(a) No person, with knowledge of the character of the <br />material involved, shall possess or control any obscene <br />material that has a minor as one of its participants. <br /> <br />(b) This section does not apply to any matérial that is <br />possessed or controlled for a bona fide medical, <br />scientific, educational, religious, governmental, judicial, <br />or other proper pUrpose, by or to a physician, psychologist, <br />sociologist, scientist ,teacher, person pursuing bona fide <br />studies or research, librarian, clergyman, prosecutor, <br />judge, or other person having a proper interest in the <br />material. <br /> <br />(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of possession <br />or control of obscene matérial involving a minor, a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the General Offenses Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same is <br />hereby supplemented by enacting new Section 533.15 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />533.15. POSSESSION OF SEXUALLY ORIENTED MATERIAL INVOLVING <br />CHILD. <br /> <br />(a) No person, with knowledge of the character of the <br />material involved; shall possess or control any material <br />that shows a minor participating or engaging in sexual <br />activity, masturbation, or bestiality. <br /> <br />(b) This section does not apply to any material that is <br />possessed or controlled for a bona fide medical, <br />scientific, educational, religious, gOVernmental, judicial, <br />or other proper purpose, by or to a physician, psychologist, <br />sociologist, scientist, teacher, person pursuing bona fide <br />studies or research, librarian, clergyman, prosecutor, <br />jUdge, or other person having a proper interest in the <br />material. <br /> <br />(ö) Whoever violates this section is guilty of possession <br />or control of sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
