Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all <br />ordinary service including legal advice and opinion as requested <br />by the Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and <br />directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolu- <br />tions, attendance at Council meetings, and the administration and <br />supervision of the Law Department. The Law Director and the <br />Assistant Law Director shall receive as additional compensation, <br />professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving <br />the City of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services, such fees <br />not to exceed $60.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All compensation provided for herein shall be <br />paid in equal installments every two weeks. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All annual salaried employees, including the <br />Chief of Police and the Chief of Fire, shall be entitled to <br />compensable time off for actual hours worked in excess of eight <br />(8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week, and for work <br />performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as defined in <br />Section 1~9.10. This Section does not apply to Foremen - Class <br />A, and Traffic Signal Technicians - Public Works Department, <br />whose overtime compensation is covered pursuant to Section 5 <br />herein. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal Techni- <br />cians shall receive time and one-half of their regular pay for <br />all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty <br />(40) hours per week. Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal <br />Technicians shall receive time and one-half for all hours worked <br />on Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday, as defined in Section <br />149.10. <br /> <br /> <br />
