Section 6. Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal Tech- <br />nicians - Public Works Department, '~ho work more than four (4) <br />hours as part of a regular shift assignment between the hours of <br />3:30 p.m. an~ 8:30 a.m. shall receive a shift premium ~}f twenty- <br />five cents ($.25) per hour for all hours worked during the second <br />shift (3:30 p.m. to 12:O0 midnight) and thirty cents ($.30) per <br />hour for all hours worked ~uring the third shift (12:01 a.m. to <br />8:30 a.m.). In the event a Foreman - Class A is temporarily <br />transferred from his regular day shift to assignment to another <br />shift for the purpose of emergency snowplowing, he shall receive <br />a premium pay of fifty cents ($.50) per hour for every hour <br />worked up to eight (8) hours. <br /> <br /> Section 7. ~t is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br />otherwise, it shall take effect and be in farce after the <br />earliest period allowed by law; and Ordinance 41-84 adopted <br />April 2, 1984, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed <br />at such time. <br /> <br /> <br />
