Not less than required by Table 401 of the Ohio Basic Building Code. The exterior wall or batrier shall extend to the height of the building and be so constructed that it will remain structurally in place for the duration of time indicated by the requiredfireresistance rating. When the exterior wall or barrier is adjacent to a flat roof, it shall be constructed with a parapet as per the requirements of the Ohio Basic Building Code. Section 2. That existing Chapter 1315 óf the Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any öf its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an eITlergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two~ 2
