1329.11 SIGNS: INDUSTRIAL X DISTRICT <br /> <br />Accessory signs in the Industrial X District shall be <br />designed, erected, altered, moved and maintained, in <br />whole or in part, in accordance with these regulations. <br />The requirements of the Industrial District shall be <br />the same as the requirements of the Office, Retail, and <br />Business-Residential Districts (Section 1329.10), <br />except as otherwise stated herein. <br /> <br />(a) Functional Types Permitted. Development <br />signs of a temporary nature, directional <br />signs, identification signs, and real estate <br />signs. <br /> <br />(b) Structural Types Permitted. <br />pole and wall signs. <br /> <br />Ground, <br /> <br />(c) Maximum Sign Face Area. The maximum <br />sign face area of all permanent signs <br />permitted for each separate use occupying a <br />building or unit of a building shall be <br />related to the frontage of the building or <br />unit thereof, as determined by the following <br />formula: <br /> <br />Maximum sign face area = W x 3 square <br />feet, except that the total in all cases <br />shall not exceed 100 square feet. <br /> <br />The elements of such formula being <br />defined as follows: <br /> <br />"Maximum sign face area" means the total <br />area of one surface of a permanent sign <br />as defined in Section 1329.04(a). <br /> <br />"A" means the frontage of a building as <br />defined in Section 1329.04(b). <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended, to be Section 1329.10 and <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />1329.10 SIGNS: INDUSTRIAL X DISTRICT <br /> <br />Accessory signs in the Industrial X District shall be <br />designed, erected, altered, moved and maintained, in <br />whole or in part, in accordance with these regulations. <br />The requirements of the Industrial District shall be <br />the same as the requirements of the Office, Retail, and <br />Business-Residential Districts (Section 1329.09), <br />except as otherwise stated herein. <br /> <br />(a) Functional Types Permitted.
