(b) Placed flat against and <br />fastened on the building which has <br />such eligible plain wall surface. <br /> <br />(c) Containing a sign area not <br />exceeding 40 square feet nor 10% of <br />the eligible wall surface, <br />whichever is less. <br /> <br />(d) The Billboard is located <br /> <br />1) A minimum of 50 feet from <br />any public right of way <br /> <br />2) To directly face parking <br />lots, which are located in <br />either side yards or rear <br />yards <br /> <br />3) So as not to directly face <br />premises in the R-l, R-2, M-i, <br />and M-2 zoning districts, and <br /> <br />4) On a wall which is not <br />otherwise in a required yard. <br /> <br />(e) A maximum of 16' above the <br />ground. <br /> <br />(f) On vacant lots, the sign area <br />and location of a Billboard is <br />governed by Section 1329.09(d)(4). <br /> <br />(g) The total face area shall not <br />exceed the limits established in <br />paragraphs (c)(1) of this section. <br /> <br />(2) Billboards shall be processed and <br />evaluated by the Board of Building <br />Standards in accordance with the <br />procedures of Section 1329.12, <br />Application for Permit, 1329.05 (m) <br />Regulations for Changeable Copy Signs <br />and all other applicable regulations in <br />this Code. <br /> <br /> Section 8.
