(3) "Business sign" means a sign advertising the name of the business or establishment, the goods or commodities sold and/or brand names thereof, or services rendered on the lot which the sign is located. (8) . . . shall be and the same are hereby amended and new subparagraph (b)(ll) added to Section 1329.03 to read as follows: 1329.03 CLASSIFICATION OF SIGNS (a) "Sign" means any display, figure, painting, drawing, placard, poster or other device visible from, or on, a public way which is designed, intended or used to convey a message, inform or direct attention to a person, institution, organization,, activity, place, object or product, but not to include show window or interior displays.
