Section 6. That the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio is hereby requested and authorized to cause appropriate notice of <br />such election to be duly given in accordance Flth ~aw and to otherwise <br />provide for such election in the uauner provided by the City*s Amended <br />Charter and the general lays of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That there is hereby appropriated frou the 'genera! <br />fund of the City an amount sufficient to pay the cost of carrying out <br />the authorizations and directions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That it is found and deteruined that sll forual <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were passed in an open meting of this Council, and that all <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its cmittees that resulted <br />in such for~a! action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br /> <br /> Section 9.
