V. The MEM will be setting l~p a method for money <br />from energy savings to be paid back into each account <br />where savings were initiated. This method will allow <br />for funding of energy conservation on a continuing <br />basis. <br /> <br /> VI. Using the data base, the MEM will be setting <br />up an energy accounting system with regular reports <br />to City Departments showing energy savings. <br /> <br /> VII. With a data base existing the City can then <br />train its personnel in preventative maintenance. This <br />will be a continuing job for the MEM. <br /> <br /> VIII. The total responsibility of building an <br />energy management system, generating reports and <br />monitoring savings will be delegated to the MEM by <br />the City Engineer. Ail work done by the MEM will be <br />approved by the Public Works Director and the City <br />Administration. <br /> <br /> <br />
