Beginning on the Westerly line of West ll7th <br />Street, (formerly Highland Avenue) at the <br />southwesterly corner of said Sub Lot No. 10; thence <br />Westerly along the Southerly line of said Sub Lot <br />No. 10, about 102 27/100 feet; thence Northerly on <br />a line parallel to said Westerly line of West ll7th <br />Street, 31 33/100 feet; thence Easterly on a line <br />parallel to the Southerly line of said Sub Lot No. <br />10, about 102 13/100 feet to a point in the <br />Westerly line of said West ll7th Street; thence <br />Southerly along said Westerly line of West ll7th <br />Street, 31 33/100 feet, to the place of beginning, <br />as appears by said plat, be the same more or less <br />but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />2. Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being <br />parpt of Sub Lot No. 10 in The Cuyahoga Realty's <br />Company's Subdivision of part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 21, as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 32 of Maps, Page 21 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records and bounded and described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of <br />said Sub Lot No. 10; thence Northerly along the <br />Westerly line of said Sub Lot 31.33 feet to the <br />Southwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed <br />by George Thurston and Anna M. Thurston, his wife, <br />to the City of Lakewood by deed dated November 7, <br />1919, and recorded in Volume 2331, Page 521 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records, which is also the <br />Southerly line of Franklin Boulevard, as shown by <br />the dedication plat in Volume 82, Page 8 of <br />Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence Easterly along <br />the Southerly line of land so conveyed to the City <br />of Lakewood as aforesaid, and parallel with the <br />Southerly line of said Sub Lot, 90 feet; thence <br />Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of said <br />Sub Lot, 31.33 feet to the Southerly line of said <br />lot; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of <br />said Sub Lot, 90 feet to the place of beginning, as <br />appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways.. <br /> <br />3. Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sub <br />Lot No. 30 in T.M.
