Sublot Number Thirty (30) in T.M. Irvine's <br />Allotment of part of original Rockport Township <br />Section No. 21, as shown by the recorded plat in <br />Volume Twelve (12) of Maps Page Twenty-four (24) of <br />Cuyahoga County Records, and being Fifty (50) feet <br />front on the Westerly side of Highland Avenue, (now <br />known as West ll7th Street), 192-27/100 feet deep <br />on the Northerly line, 192-47/100 feet deep on the <br />Southerly line and 50 feet in the rear, as appears <br />by said plat. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification M1 (multiple family, low density) to use classification <br />BR (business residential). <br /> <br /> Section 12. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Coee of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the zoning map to the extent that <br />the property described as follows: (Permanent Parcel No. 315-14-17) <br /> <br />SITUATED in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio. Auditors No. 315-14- <br />15; 31.33' on West ll7th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, <br />by 102.27' on Franklin Boulevard, being sublot 10 <br />easterly part, Cuyahoga R. Company, subdivision of <br />Section 21. <br /> <br />Auditors No. 315-14-17: 90' on Franklin Boulevard, <br />Cleveland, Ohio, by 31.33' in depth, being sublot <br />10 ~southwesterly part, Cuyahoga R. Company, <br />subdivision 21. <br /> <br />Together forming a parcel of land having frontage <br />of 31.33' on the westerly side of West ll7th <br />Street, Cleveland, Ohio, and etending westerly <br />along the southerly side of Frankin Boulevard <br />betweeen parellel lines a distance of 192.27'. <br />Parcel contains approximately 6023.81 square feet. <br /> <br />Also, situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sub- <br />Lot No. 30 in T.M. Irvine's Allotment of part of <br />Original Rockport Township Lot No. 61, Section No. <br />21, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 12 of <br />Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being <br />50 feet front on the Westerly side of West ll7th <br />Street (formerly Highland Avenue) 192.27 feet deep <br />on the Northerly line, 192.47 feet deep on the <br />Southerly line and 50 feet wide in the rear, as <br />appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification M1 (multiple family, low density) to use classification <br />BR (business residential). <br /> <br /> Section 13.
