conflict with the terms of this franchise or of any law or <br />regulation of the City, the company shall promptly notify the <br />City Council of the point of conflict believed to exist between <br />the regulation or law and the laws or regulations of the City or <br />the franchise. Pending issuance of any final order by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the Company shall be governed by the <br />advice of City Council, so long as such shall not be in conflict <br />with the Cable Act, or other applicable law. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. TECHNICAL STANDARDS <br /> <br /> The Company shall operate and maintain the cable system so <br />as to meet, at a minimum, the technical standards and <br />requirements set forth at subpart K of the FCC's rules and <br />regulations as they existed on June 1, 1986 (47 C.F.R. Section <br />76.601 - 76.619), including, as a mandatory requirement of this <br />Agreement, the standards and guidelines set forth at section <br />76.605 of those rules. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS <br /> <br /> The Company shall establish, construct, operate and maintain <br />the cable system and system facilities in strict compliance with <br />all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
