SECTION 16. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIBER SERVICE <br /> <br /> Upon terminate, on of service to any subscriber, the Company <br />shall promptly remove all of its facilities and equipment from <br />the premises of such subscriber upon his written request. <br />Underground drops and/or cable will not be removed. Such removal <br />shall be at no cost to the subscriber. <br /> <br />SECTION 17. INSTITUTIONAL SERVICE <br /> <br /> (a) Buildings Served The Company shall provide free of <br />any installation or monthly service charge, basic cable service <br />to each of the municipal, educational and public safety <br />facilities designated in writing by the Mayor, at a cable drop <br />location mutually agreeable to the Mayor and the Company. The <br />Company shall agree to relocate any such drop to another location <br />in the same building provided that the building allows a <br />reasonably accessible path, if requested by the Mayor. If <br />requested in writing by the Mayor, the Company shall provide <br />additional drops or internal building cabling on a time and <br />materials cost basis, with the Company to submit invoices for <br />proof of cost, but in no event will there be a monthly service <br />charge for such service except for such service provided to a <br />housing facility or, in the case of a hospital, to hospital rooms <br /> <br />- 18- <br /> <br /> <br />
