in which a rental fee is charged to a patient for television <br /> service. <br /> <br /> (b) Instructional Network Within eiEhteen (18) months of <br />the date of this Agreement, the Company shall provide a two- <br />channel (with six channel capacity}, two way instructional <br />television network linking all public and private schools and <br />other public buildings in the franchise area as listed in Exhibit <br />A hereto. The Company will provide, at the City's option, either <br />two processors and one modulator or one processor and two <br />modulators to the City at time of activation of instructional <br />system. <br /> <br />SECTION 18. CONSUMER INFORMATION <br /> <br /> The Company shall furnish each subscriber, at the time <br />service is installed, with information regarding the address and <br />phone number for making inquiries, requests for repairs or other <br />service or assistance or complaints (as ~escribed below). In <br />addition, the Company shall provide a privacy notice to each <br />subscriber at the time of installation and at least once per year <br />thereafter, as required by Section S31 of the Cable Act. <br /> <br />SECTION 19.
