SECTION 27. ACCEPTANCE OF FRANCHISE RENEWAL <br /> <br /> Within fifteen (15) days from the date of passage of this <br />ordinance without amendment, the Company shall file with the <br />Clerk of City Council its written acceptance thereof; thereupon <br />this ordinance shall be a binding contract between the City and <br />the Company. <br /> <br />SECTION 28. ACTIONS OF COUNCIL <br /> <br /> It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements including <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> The franchise covered by this ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after June 19, 1987. <br /> <br />SECTION 29.
