verifying complian.ce~ with this Agreement, to inspect all or any <br />part of the COmpany's records as well as all books, records, <br />maps, plans, financial statements, service complaint logs, <br />performance test results and documents of every kind in <br />connection with the Grant, the cable system, the system <br />facilities, and the Company's undertakings with respect to this <br />Agreement which relate to the operation of the cable system in <br />the City. If any s~ch books, records, maps, financial <br />statements, service complaints logs, performance test results, or <br />other like material of the Company are not kept in the Company's <br />local office, said records shall upon reasonable request be made <br />available to the City. The City shall take such reasonable steps <br /> <br />as necessary to limit disruption of the Company's business. <br /> The Company shall at all times maintain: <br /> <br /> (i) A record of all complaints received and <br />interruptions or degradation of service experienced for the <br />preceding one (1) year. <br /> <br /> (ii) A full and complete set of plans, records and <br />"as-built" 'maps showing the exact location of all cable system <br />equipment installed or in use in the Company's service area, <br />exclusive of subscriber service drops. <br /> <br /> (3) The Company need not take any action under this <br />section that would render it in violation of Section 631 <br />(Protection of Subscriber Privacy) of the Cable Act. <br /> <br />- 27 - <br /> <br /> <br />
