SECTION 26. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> (a) A~endment or Modification ?his Agreement shall not be <br /> amended or modified except by written agreement executed in the <br /> same manner as this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (b) ~otices Notices required to be sent to the City under <br />this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered by <br />hand, or shall be s~nt by certified mail, return receipt <br />requested, to the City of Lakewood, 12650 Detroit Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio 44107, Attn: Clerk of Council, or such other <br />address as may be designated by the City in writing. Notices <br />required to be sent to the Company shall be in writing and shall <br />be delivered or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested <br />to the Company at 12221 Plaza Drive, Parma, Ohio 44130, <br />Attn: General Manager, or such other address as may be <br />designated by the Company in writing. <br /> <br /> (c) Governing Law The terms of this Agreement shall be <br />construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> (d) Bindin~ Effect Subject to other provisions contained <br />herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to <br />the benefit of the successors in interest and assigns of the <br />respective parties hereto. <br /> <br /> (e) .Inspection and Records <br /> <br /> (1) The City shall have the right, upon reasonable <br /> <br />notice to the Company and at reasonable times for the purpose of <br /> <br /> - 26 - <br /> <br /> <br />
