Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all <br />ordinary service including legal advice and opinion as requested <br />by the Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and <br />directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolu- <br />tions, attendance at Council meetings, and the administration and <br />supervision of the Law Department. The Law Director and the <br />Assistant Law Director shall receive as additional compensation, <br />professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving <br />the City of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services, such fees <br />not to exceed $60.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Ail compensation provided for herein shall <br />paid in equal installments every two weeks. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br /> Section 4. Ail annual salaried employees, including the <br />Chief 'of Police and the Chief of Fire, shall be entitled to <br />compensable time off for actual hours worked in excess of eight <br />(8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week, and for work <br />performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as defined in <br />Section 149.10. In lieu of the compensable time authorized <br />herein, effective April 15, 1986, all annual salaried employees <br />covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act <br />shall be paid time and one-half their regular pay for all hours <br />worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week. This Section does <br />not apply to Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal Technicians - <br />Public Works Department, whose overtime compensation is covered <br />pursuant to Section 5 herein. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Foremen - Class A, and Traffic Signal Techni- <br />cians shall receive time and one-half of their regular pay for <br /> <br /> <br />
