That the following summary~f appropriations shall govern ex- <br />penditures of the City of Lakewood for Fiscal Year 1986 subject to any ad- <br />ditions and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Fund. <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Special Assessment Funds <br /> <br />17,604,068 <br /> 6,767,926 <br /> 1,397,655 <br />5,915,970 <br />53,012,290' <br /> 1,549,970 <br /> <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />86,247,879 <br /> <br />Section 8. All encumbrances from the prior Fiscal Year shall be carried forward. <br /> <br />Section 9. All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed <br />budget document. <br /> <br />Section 10. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts approriated in this ordinance <br />whenever claims are presented, properly approved, by the head of the department <br />for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President of Council shall <br />approve all c~aims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 11. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of <br />the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period of <br />not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five (5). of the most public <br />places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance <br />No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 12. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council and of any of its committees, that resulted in such for- <br />mal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Dhio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 13. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds {2/3} of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval J;~t~, and <br />Ordinance No. 88-85 and all other ordinance~K-parts of ~din)~ces indonsistant <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br />' / Pes~ent ~ ~ . <br /> <br />Approved:~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
