prevent erosion. If the City shall terminate early, the <br />City shall seed the area of prior operation as provided in <br />paragraph 10. <br /> <br /> 14. This Agreement sets forth the entire <br />agreement and understanding with respect to its subject <br />matter, and it supersedes any pre-existing agreement or <br />understanding between the parties with respect to the sub- <br />ject matter. <br /> <br /> 15. The rights, duties and obligations of <br />this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the bene- <br />fit of the parties, their agents, representatives, employees, <br />successors, and assigns and anyone acting for or on behalf <br />of a party. <br /> <br /> 16.
