Section 10. That the Clerk of this Council be and <br />she is hereby directed to deliver to the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County a certified copy of this ordinance within fifteen (15) <br />days following its passage. <br /> <br /> Section 11. That it is found and determined that <br />all formal actions of this Council concerning any relating <br />to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action <br />were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br /> <br /> Section 12. That this ordinance, having been declared <br />to be an emergency measure, shall be in full force and effect <br />from and immeditely after its passage and approval by the.
