VII. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />All services performed by the designated agency <br />pursuant to this agreement shall be performed <br />without compensation. <br /> <br />Disclosure of Information: Agency agrees that the <br />use of disclosure by any party of any information <br />concerning eligible individuals for any purpose not <br />directly connected with administration of the Depart- <br />ment's or Agency 'responsibilities with respect to <br />designated duties is prohibited except upon the <br />written consent of the eligible individual or guardian. <br /> <br />Civil Riz. hts: Department and Agency agree that in <br />the performance of this Agreement there shall be <br />no discrimination against any client nor violation <br />of the provisions set forth in the Civil Rights Act <br />of 1964 and subsequent amendments. It is further <br />agreed that the Agency will fully comply with all <br />appropriate Federal and State Laws regarding such <br />discrimination and the right to and method of appeal <br />will be made known to all persons served under this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
