Beginning at an iron pipe set in the Southeasterly <br /> corner of said Sublot No. 12, thence Westerly <br /> along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 12, a <br /> distance of 80 feet to the Southwesterly corner of <br /> said Sublot No.. 12; thence Northerly along the <br /> Westerly line oif said Sublot No. 12, a distance of <br /> 15.50 feet; tlhence Easterly and parallel with the <br /> Southerly line! of said Sublot No. 12 and distant <br /> 15.50 feet at riight angles Northerly therefrom, a <br /> distance of 8!0 feet to the Easterly line of said <br /> Sublot No. 12; thence Southerly along the Easterly <br /> line of said Sublot No. 12, a distance of 15.50 <br /> feet to the place of beginning. Be the same more or <br /> less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> The Vendees agree to pay for said property the sum of Six <br />Hundred And Twenty ($620.00) Dollars payable upon the execution of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> The Vendor agrees to convey said premises to the Vendees by <br />good and sufficient quitclaim deed and Vendees agree to pay the costs <br />of recording said deed. <br /> <br /> There will be no proration of taxes or assessments for the <br />reason that said property is presently tax exempt. <br /> <br /> This Agreement is subject 'to the condition that the <br />property being conveyed hereunder is vacated by the City of <br />for street purposes. <br /> <br /> real <br />Lakewood <br /> <br />SIGNATURES <br /> <br /> Section 4.
