Page 2

Several residents indicated the same concerns stated by Councilman
Gallagher. In addition, concern was expressed regarding the condition
of the water line. Director Kleinweber informed those present that a
new water line would be installed on Coutant Avenue prior to the
resurfacing project.

Mayor Sinagra informed the residents that parking restrictions could be
implemented and violators ticketed; however, these same restrictions
would apply to residents. Mayor Sinagra also indicated that he would
instruct Police Chief Mecklenburg to study and review the traffic and
dealer truck unloading situation.

Finance Director Mikula explained the assessment procedure to residents
in attendance. It was explained that the total cost to residents would
not exceed the estimated amount. Residents would have 30 days from
receipt of invoice to pay the assessment. If not paid, the amount will
be certified to the County Auditor for a period of five (5) years.

Councilman Gallagher moved that there be no assessment to the residents
of Coutant. Motion failed for lack of second.

Mayor Sinagra moved that the assessment be reduced to $4.00 per front
foot. Second by Mr. Blackie. Motion was unanimously adopted.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Leonard A. Mikula,
Secretary
