AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and concluded at Lakewood, <br />Ohio, this day of September, 1987, by and between the CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, a municipal corporation, whose mailing address is <br />12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Purchaser") and LAKEWOOD OHIO CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S <br />WITNESSES, INC. whose mailing address is 17526 Madison Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of a certain vacant parcel <br />of real property, all as more fully hereinafter described, and is <br />willing and desirous of selling same to Purchaser upon the terms <br />and conditions herein set forth, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Purchaser is ready, willing, able and desirous <br />of purchasing same upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br />forth; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises, <br /> <br />covenants and agreements of the parties hereto as herein set <br />forth and other valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by each party, the <br /> <br />parties hereto hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
