Sublot No. 9, in The Lakewood Realty <br />Company's Subdivision of part of Original <br />Rockport Township Section No. 23, as recorded <br />in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 28 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said <br />Sublot No. 8 in the Easterly line of West <br />Clifton Boulevard; thence Northerly along the <br />Easterly line of West Clifton Boulevard, <br />135.69 feet to a point of curve; thence <br />Northeasterly 64.77 feet along the curved <br />turnout connecting the Easterly line of West <br />Clifton Boulevard with the Southerly line of <br />Clifton Boulevard; said curved turnout being <br />the arc of a circle deflecting to the right, <br />having a radius of 43.69 feet and a chord of <br />59.00 feet to a point of tangency in the <br />Southerly line of Clifton Boulevard; thence <br />Easterly along the Southerly line of Clifton <br />Boulevard, 95.00 feet to a point 35.00 feet <br />Easterly from the Northwesterly corner of <br />Sublot No. 9; thence Southerly parallel with <br />the Westerly line of said Sublot, 175.00 feet <br />to a point in the Southerly line of said <br />Sublot No. 9, distant Easterly 35.00 feet <br />from the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence <br />Westerly along the Southerly line of said <br />Sublots, 150.62 feet, according to the survey <br />of Charles E. Root, C.E., be the same more or <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />Permanent Parcel No. 311-20-001. <br /> <br />2. Seller agrees to sell the above described premises <br /> <br />to purchaser and Purchaser agrees to purchase the same from <br /> <br />Seller for the sum of Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred <br /> <br />($97,500.00) Dollars, which sum Purchaser agrees to deposit in <br /> <br />escrow as hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />3.
