Section 3. That Section 1121.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same is <br />hereby supplemented by enacting new subsection (q) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1121.02 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES <br /> <br />BUILDING OR USE <br />(q) Carry out, ready to eat <br /> <br />REQUIRED SPACES <br />1 space per 150 square feet <br />of floor area. <br /> <br /> Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
